Stainless steel and aluminium gratings are manufactured to the customers specifications, according to their requirements: we can manufacture steps for straight and spiral staircases with anti-slip nosing and side collars, and even with serrations (on demand), to ensure perfect adherence.
We manufacture gutters (full devices with odour control).

Manufacturing process
JK technic's stainless steel and aluminium gratings are manufactured with different types of meshes (such as security meshes sealed through a 20 mm diameter ball) and of bearing bars (smallest: 20/2 - biggest: 80/5).
• Maximum length of the BBs : 3,000 mm.
• Maximum length of the TBs: 1,500 mm.

Manufacturing times
4 weeks for customised manufacturing.
We can provide a "fast" manufacturing process, which will take 2 to 3 weeks.
